Inputs / Date Picker

Based on my research, we would have to use a lib – otherwise, it's just an input field and it is the browser. I am going to reject it as a ticket, but keep a page in the Lib that will link to different articles/lists of libs. I don't think we should pick just one b/c it's a very particular function, which may change requirements based on the project.
